[Grammar] doer of the action

I just wanna know who is the doer of the action if I'm gonna use this verb "send" with the following tenses.

He sent packages.

He was sent packages.

He has been sent packages.

He was being sent packages.

sorry for my questions, I just confuse sometimes with some verbs and tenses.

'He' is the 'do-er' of the action.

He was sent packages.
An example of a passive sentence. We do not know who sent the packages.

He has been sent packages.
An example of a passive sentence. We do not know who sent the packages.

He was being sent packages.
An example of a passive sentence. We do not know who sent the packages.

Please use "want to" and "going to" instead of "wanna" and "gonna" when you ask questions in a forum dedicated to learning standard English.
