Dear teachers and members.

I would like to know three things.

1. What does " neat" mean in this sentence? Does it mean " Great "? I looked it up in some dictionaries, but still can't figure out the specific meaning for "neat" in this sentence clearly.

My friend made a comment below the photo I've uploaded on Facebook. He commented " That's neat "

2. Does the expression "That's neat" still be used in everyday conversation?
If not, what would be the alternative term or expression for "That's neat" ?

3. In which situation does the expression " That's harsh!" be usually used? Could you give me some situations?

Thank you so much for your help, in advance. :) and I would be really appreciate if anyone could correct sentences that I've made sound weird or unnatural.

P.s: Here is the photo that I've mentioned in this post.

Yes, you still hear/read the term "neat" used to describe something "great". Some synonyms: nice/cool/awesome/rad (and probably many more used by today's youth). I wouldn't expect to hear "harsh" used very often currently. But an example could be: (A) The teacher said that Maria's exam was "horrible". (B) Yes, I think that was a very harsh comment.

Thank you so much for the correcting sentences ^_^

I was just wondering if you made a typo in this sentence.

I would really it appreciate if anyone could correct the sentences that I've made that sound weird or unnatural. < I would really appreciate it if ~ ? >

Thanks again ^_^

You don't hear it used that much in BrE. At least, I don't.
