I was born in this village. All my life is spent in it. I have never stepped out of it.

Is there an adjective plus noun to describe myself?

I think 'lifelong' or something like that is probably the best way of saying this, except when there's a special toponymic for 'dweller_of_place' - like 'I'm a Londoner, born and bred'.

If you are looking for a simple adjective+noun that covers all possibilities, the answer is 'no'. We can talk about this for another dozen posts in an attempt to find ways of getting round it, but the basic answer will still be 'no'.

That might be understood but it's not natural. However, as 5jj said, the simple answer to the original question (Is there a single adjective to describe it?), is no.

None of the suggestions convey the idea that the person has never left his hometown. You might need to use "provincial" or "parochial," if the person is not from the city and has a limited outlook.
