Which is correct?

- Sorry for letting you wait.
- Sorry to let you wait.
- Sorry for letting you waiting.

Is it possible to skip the problem using: Sorry for keeping you waiting? Or
Sorry to keep you waiting?

Your final option is the one that is most commonly heard.. If you use "let", there is an implication that you allowed the person to wait.

More than an implication, I'd say. If you let (= allowed ...to) somebody wait, you wouldn't apologise.
 
So, would it be correct to state instead "Sorry, to have made you wait!"

Without the comma, yes. riquecohen's "Sorry to keep you waiting" is more natural, as is "Sorry to have kept you waiting".
