I have been using this parfume for four years. It still gets its way to unpleasantly suprize me..

What is the meaning of ''gets its way' ?

so, it means perfume gets what it wanted..

This sentence does not make any sense then..I can't understand the meaning actually..

I agree. It makes no sense at all. If it's unpleasant in any way, surprising or expected, why wear it for four years?
 
"It still has a way of unpleasantly surprising me" sounds better. Still doesn't make a lot of sense.
