1. A: My room gets cold in the evening.
B: So _________ mine.

Is it so is mine or so does mine? Why?
I think get is a link verb, which is similar with is, so it should be so is mine.

2. Hardly did she have time to take a rest when the phone rang again.
Hardly did she has time to take a rest when the phone rang again.
Hardly had she had time to take a rest when the phone rang agian.

Which one is correct?
I think "she hardly had had time to take a rest" happened before "the phone rang again", so the third sentence is right.

Thanks for your helping!

Where did you find these exercises?

My daughter's classmate is studying in a English training center. She didn't understand those exercises and she came to me. I'm not sure where her teacher got those exercises. They are not from a book, just on printed paper.

I highly recommend that your daughter's classmate joins the forum herself. It's a lot easier for us to come to us, provide the exercise, tell us what she thinks the answer is and why, and for us to comment, than for it to be done third-hand via you!

Thanks for the advice. I've added more information to the original question part.

She's only 14 and her English level is not good enough to understand all your comments. Besides, these are my questions too. I'm not sure about them also. If I am, I'll help her myself directly.

does

Because the verb in the preceding context is 'get', not 'be'. You can't say 'so gets mine'.

I think get is a link verb, which is similar with is, so it should be so is mine.

The verb 'get' is not auxiliary, so you have to replace it with 'do'.

Right.
