Can I say"many people are died" or "many people are dead" is more accurate?

You can say
Many people have died.
Many people are dead.
He has been dead for many years.
He died many years ago.

But it is ungrammatical to say
Many people are died.
He has been died for many years.

The word "accurate" is not a good choice here. Use "correct" or "grammatical."

Re: Can I say"many people are died" or "are dead" is more accurate?

Thanks a lot. :)

Just remember that "dead" is an adjective so would be preceded (usually) by a form of the verb "to be".

He is dead.
They are dead.
She will be dead.

"Died" is the past form of "to die", so is used either on its own or with the rest of the present/past perfect. It follows the usual pattern of a regular verb.

He died.
He has died.
He had died.
