Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE ARTICLES IN BOLD
My task is: Supply the articles where necessary (a, an, the or no article ‘*’) .

  1. THE price for a pump was 500$. The offer suited THE Buyers and they decided to sign THE contract on those terms.
  2. * demand for the latest model of cars is very big in Japan.
  3. During THE talks THE Seller offered THE Russian trade company a 12% discount on THE price.

In 1 & 3, all of your articles are in the correct place.
In 2, it could be either "the" or no article, but I think that no article is best here.

PS: It is the convention in English speaking communities to put currency symbols such as $, €, £ etc. before the value and symbols for pence, cents etc. after the value. Also, the point "." is used to mark the "radix point" (i.e. where whole numbers turn into fractions) and not the comma.

It could be "a" contract or "the" contract, depending on whether you'd talked about the contract already.

Otherwise, these look good to me.

Thank you very much)))

Thank you so much for your answer!

I think the correct way to say is 'demand' (without any article) and 'the quantity demanded'.

Cheerio, economics student :-D.
