They are all OK except 'They seldom come, don't they?'

It needs to be 'do they?'

Few men have the proper values to live through this age,
don't
they?
Little money was invested in this scheme,
wasn't
it?

We can also use this style, is that right?

Neither is natural to me, even aligned correctly.

I'd go for:

Few men have the proper values to live through this age, do they?

Little money was invested in this scheme, was it
?

Like 'seldom' (=almost never), 'few (+not many) and 'little' (= not much) function as quasi-negatives.

I agree with bhaisahab. I like neither of them. You could say "A few men have ... , don't they?", meaning "only a few men". The problem with "Few men" is that it is negative in tone and means "Not very many men". If I actually started the sentence with those words, I would finish it with "do they?"

I have the same issue with "Little money" which means "Not very much money" and would end "was it?"
