Please let me know which of the following are correct or all are wrong.

2.I didn't receive the letter (or) I haven't receive the letter

3.They have told me that they will reprocess my application (or) They told me they will reprocess my application

I'm confused about using have and has..... I use sentences like 'I have applied instead of i applied' , 'i have read instead of i read'

Sometimes, context or the timeline of the piece might dictate which to use but as standalone sentences, all of your examples are correct with the slight corrections I have marked in red.

Remember to use correct capitalisation and punctutation in your posts.

Thank you very much.

As I said, make sure your punctuation is correct. Every sentence must end with the appropriate punctuation mark.
