Out in the road Adam said, ‘Stupid old woman!’
‘Yes,’ Felix said.‘Perhaps she was… and perhaps she wasn’t.’
According to the above context, the following question and answer would be correct, won’t they?
Did Felix say that Marta was a stupid old woman?
No. He only said that perhaps se was.
