Types of English consonants.

According to

the conconants are divided into three types: voiced consonants, voiceless consonants and other consonants.

If we follow this division, then the other consonants are neither voiced nor voiceless.

Please, correct me?

The chart is a little confusing. All of the 'other' consonants except /h/ are voiced, and have no unvoiced equivalent. /h/ has no voiced equivalent/.

Those illustrated as 'voiced' and 'unvoiced' are pairs - for example, /p/ is the voiced, fortis equivalent of unvoiced /b/.
