I see nothing wrong with the sentence, but your request could use some capitalization, removal of same, an apostrophe and a question mark.

Bill, the repetition of 'would' doesn't bother you? I'm not saying that 'would' cannot be used in an if-clause (it can be), but here it seems strange to me.
My version would be 'If he inherited some money, he would buy a house' meaning 'I don't expect that he will inherit some money, but if he did, he would buy a house'.

Is 'would' acceptable to you in if-clauses outside of polite requests like these?

If you wouldn't mind filling in this form before you go, you can leave it with reception.
If you would take a seat, the doctor will see you in five minutes.
If you wouldn't mind taking a seat, the doctor will see you in five minutes.
If you'd be so kind as to take a seat, the consultant will see you in five minutes.
