One period at the end of a sentence is enough. Two is meaningless.
You don't need two examples. You just need to replace 'experience' with 'expertise'. But they don't mean the same.
I guess your experience is "3 years of auditing" and your qualification/skill is "expertise in auditing".
You can say, "I have expertise in auditing after three years of experience."
"Three years of experience in auditing to an expert level."

PS: You've listed your native language as English. Is it?

Thanks a lot for your answer sir. My native language is urdu. And Sorry. And i will correct the fullstops(periods) hereafter.
And whether any of the following sentence is correct?

"3 years expertise in auditing"
"3 years of expertise in auditing"

Actually i need the above to use as a caption for my website. Hence i need it in a short form. :)

You can write either of those. But if you've had only three years experience in auditing, you can't claim to have three years of expertise in auditing (well, at least not honestly).
