XXX (city name), after a successful operation, a boy became a girl.
XXX (girl's name) was born at XXX's (father's name) house, resident of XXX (village name). She has passed his matriculation. One day she felt pain suddenly. She was taken to hospital in Islamabad. The doctor told them that here gender is being changed. Then they successfully operated upon her. Now his name is XXX. Apart from the inhabitants of the village, his parents, his sister, his brothers and his relatives were very glad. Please correct it.

Islamabad, Wednesday. After a successful operation today, a boy today became (/has become) a girl. Kamran Khan, was born at the home of his father, Akram Khan, a resident of Daur. He has matriculated (/passed his matriculation) (These two sentences sound very odd here.) He felt a sudden pain recently and was taken to hospital In Islamabad. Doctors informed him that his gender was being changed. (I do hope the doctors had some sort of permission from the boy's parents before carrying out this rather drastic treatment for a pain.) They then successfully operated on him Her name is now Fatima. Her parents, sister, brothers and other relatives are are very pleased, as are the other people in his village.
