When someone write in mail "Looking forward to seeing you again" to me, Can I reply as "I'm happy to see you again too"?
But we haven't met again yet. We'll meet in next month.
Please give me some advice.

Thanks.

You can simply say "Me, too".

But I would like to reply in my email. Should I reply as "me, too" at the end of my email?

I would say something like: "Looking forward to seeing you, too".
Other possibilities:
Looking forward to catching up.
It'll be good to see you again.
…etc.

"Looking forward to seeing/hearing from you"

Is so am I an appropriate reply in this case, please?
