[Grammar] 2 set of drawing or 2 sets of drawing

Please correct me if i understood it wrong.

Numbers are usually written in singular. I.E. two hundred Euro, not two hundreds Euro; two set of drawing not two sets of drawing.

The plural is only used with dozen, hundred, thousand, million, billion, if they are not modified by another number expression.
I.E. hundreds of Euros; thousand of light years.
