2021 COVID-19 Vaccination Registration and Appointment Reservation Platform

----
I think that "appointment" and "reservation" have the same meaning there. Should we use just one of them? I mean, it is a repetition.

PS - Is it right to use the green text this way?

I think the notice is clearer with the word Reservation.

There are two things to do - to register for vaccination and to make appointment for vaccination.

As it is written, the two things are distinct - vaccination registration and appointment vaccination.

Without Reservation, it could mean Vaccination Registration and Appointment/Vaccination Appointment. Just the word Appointment alone could ambiguous.

So the original means to register for vaccination and to reserve an appointment for vaccination.

Is that right?

Without Reservation, it could mean Vaccination Registration and Appointment/Vaccination Appointment. Just the word Appointment alone could ambiguous.

In my opinion, that would
still be clear enough.

Yes

There is no harm to make it doubly clear. Besides, it sounds better with two pairs of words.
To make an appointment sounds better than To reserve an appointment though.
