For instance, we have some agendas on desk to be negotiated on and the majority of them are insisting on a particular agenda to start with. So is it correct if I ask them the below question:

Is it incumbent for us to begin with this agenda as an initiative?

Do you have multiple topics or multiple agendas?

I appreciate the responses. In either ways, I actually wanted to know whether the word "Incumbent" goes with the sentence.
