What is the meaning of beat the house in blackjack playing?
In any gambling game if you "beat the house" you win. In blackjack, a gambler can win by the count of his cards being higher than the count of the dealer's cards. In blackjack, the count of each card is the number on the card (threes are counted as three, fours are counted as four and so on). Jacks, queens, kings, and tens all count as 10 and the ace can either count as one or 11. The highest number one can get is 21 (sometimes blackjack is called 21). If your cards count over 21 you lose, or bust.

I am not a teacher.

It means to win.

Blackjack is a casino game and the house stands for the casino.
Casino games such as blackjack, roulette, craps and so on are games in which the players don't play against each other but against the organiser of the game, or the "house". In order to win you have to beat the house. If it's an illegal or private game, the person holding the bank is also "the house".

The house holds an advantage over the player because the odds are unfavourable to the player. This makes beating the house more challenging.
