Hi everyone,
can anyone tell me if a "s" should be added after the "month"?

Happy six months anniversary my love.

Not a teacher.

Anniversary is used for the date on which an event happened in a previous YEAR or YEARS.
But I have no idea what they say in such occasions to babies. :)

Could I say, " Happy three years anniversary."? OR "Happy three year anniversary."

I would personally go for "Happy third anniversary".

When we use a unit of measure as an adjective, we always use the singular.

A submarine sandwich that is 6 inches long is a 6-inch sub.

A sledgehammer that weighs 7 pounds is a 7-pound sledge.

An "anniversary" celebrating 6 months would be a 6-month anniversary.

("Anniversary" of course refers to years not months, but a young couple in love may celebrate a 6-month "anniversary.")

You need a comma too

Happy six-month anniversary, my love.

6-inch sub or 6-inch submarine sandwich?
7-pound sledge or 7-pound sledgehammer?

Thanks :)
