Which one is right:

I'd like to stay there one and a half week/one and a half weeks.

Is "one and a half" more than one?

Can you now answer your question? In my opinion, "a week and a half" is more frequently heard.

So the answer to your original question is ...

Yes! Note that in an exam situation, it would be better to say "I'd like to stay there for ...".

As riquecohen already said, "I'd like to stay there for a week and a half" is more natural and common. You can also say "I'd like to stay there for ten/eleven days" (one and a half weeks is ten and a half days, an unlikely length of stay).
