I quoted the sentences from other place as above;

"you must clearly think through your information ahead of time"

1. Think through =?

2. Can I change the word "must" to "have to" ? Is the meaning same? What's the difference?

2 Have to works too.

1. Think through = Consider

2. Can I change the word "must" to "have to"? Yes. Is the meaning same? Yes. What's the difference? Nothing. You can also say "should" or "ought to."

Hope that helps!

"Through" means to do or view something from one point to another. "To see through a window" means to look from one point to the other side. Similarly, you could use "to go through a doorway".

So in this context "think through" means to think about the information from beginning to end to ensure that you have included everything you need and that you have put it in the correct order.
