Which of the following is correct and if both are correct ,do they have same meaning?

1:- She kept banging at the door.
2:- She kept banging on the door.

They both mean the same thing.

Note my correction to your punctuation and spacing above. You need a comma at both ends of "if both are correct". You also need to remember that we do not put a space before a comma but we do put a space after one. You need "the" before "same meaning".
