The expert tells me the company is not reaching its goals and that things ___.

Possible answers:
1. have now taken a turn for the worse
2. have now turned a milestone
3. have now turned upsidedown
4. have now been turning bad

My more likely answer would be number 4, but I am not sure. Any native speaker?

I'd choose No. 1. The company has gone from bad to worse.

That's not one of the options, Ted, though #1 is the correct answer. However, it should end with a full stop.
