Individual pronunciation of words is very good, and quite clear. Overall, I found your delivery quite easy to follow.
Your weakest point to me was your phrasing and intonation. It wasn't bad by any means, just the weaker aspect of your delivery. That being said, those lapses were minor and didn't significantly interfere with pronunciation. Initially the first 30 seconds or so have appropriate phrasing and intonation, but those minor lapses then seem to kick in for a sentence or so, but you then resume and finish with appropriate phrasing and intonation.
