I am in a Hotel and want to visit the city. Can I ask manager in about transport in either of the following way:

1) Can you arrange transport for a local visit?

2) can you arrange a vehicle to visit the city.

Are both the above sentences ok? Why have we not used an article before "transport"?

See corrections.

Are both the above sentences OK? [STRIKE]ok?[/STRIKE]
Your questions are grammatical, but they don't mean the same thing. In fact, I suspect they don't convey the meaning you intended.

You can say, e.g. Can you arrange sightseeing tours around the city please?

[STRIKE]Why have we not used[/STRIKE]Should I use an article before "transport"?
No, it is used as a mass noun in most senses, including this.

Thanks for the detailed correction.

2) Is the cross out portion (Why have we not used) wrong? If so, why?

1) Can you please explain why "OK" [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] needs to be in capital letters?
You can use "OK" or "okay" but not "ok" because that's how it's spelt. You can check its etymology on the Internet.

2) Is the crossed out portion (Why have we not used) wrong? If so, why?
Yes, it's wrong because "why have we" implies that we know the answer; also who is "we" supposed to represent?

Can we avoid "two" and can we write:

Can I ask the manager about transport in either of the following ways?

AnilGiria, you capitalised "hotel" needlessly again in post #6. Please re-read Rover's comments in post #3.
