It's word order- enough + noun, as opposed to adjective\adverb + enough. ;-)
 
'Maths' is used uncountably. ;-)
 
can u show me the difference beween "enough" and "adequate", I meant, in which cases we use enough, and how about "adequate"? :?:
 
'Adequate' is more formal, so yousee banks making 'adequate provision' for bad debts, etc. ;-)

1/ A doctor is a good job .
2/ Doctor is a good job .
3/ Being a doctor is a good job

#3 is the only correct version.

enough time works best since enough modifies the noun "time" and that's the way Enghish native speakers would say
 
I didn't have ___ to finish the test.

enough time?
time enough?

I answered enough time but I don't know which of the two is more correct? :cry:
