We don't usually take "leave" from school. You are asking for time off or to be absent from school.
Dear [Mr XXX]
My brother is getting married on [date of wedding]. I would like to ask for your permission for me to be absent from school from January 7th to January 14th inclusive in order to attend the wedding celebrations.
I hope you will be able to look favourably on my request and I look forward to hearing from you.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
