"The passengers of a car get a jerk when that running car passes on from a speed braker or a road hole."

"I lie down in the back of the car whenever I have to go somewhere to avoid any injury that can happen because of the jerking of the car."

Please check.

The first sentence is incomprehensible, I'm afraid. We don't tend to say that people "get a jerk", "passes on" doesn't work, and I don't know what a "speed braker" is.

The second sentence would be better as something like "Whenever I travel by car, I lie down on the back seat so that the bumpy motion of the car doesn't cause me an injury". "The jerking of the car" doesn't really work. We don't tend to say that cars jerk at all.

I think he means "speed bump" and "pothole."

Yes, speed bumps is the correct word.

"The passangers of a car get a bump because of the bumpy motion when that car crosses a speed bump." Is it correct?

Yes, it's clunky because using the same word (or two very similar words) twice in the same sentence is considered poor style.

Passengers get jolted when a car goes too fast over a speed bump.
