"When will the results be out?" and "when will be the results out?"

"When will the results be out?" and "when will be the results out?"

Is it grammatically correct to use be as in the first sentence? I'll be happy if you also give a little explanation.

Only the first is correct.
"When will you be ready?" Right
"When will be you ready" Wrong
etc.
