Job interview between a new teacher and a boss

Boss: "19. Where do you see yourself in five years time?"

Teacher: "I have just graduated and I know I need to learn a lot. My plan is to be a really good teacher in five years time, to be proud on the work I do every day. In 5 years, I see myself in a senior position, having more responsibilities, coaching other employees and managing more students. I can see many challenges lying ahead of me, which I am eager to experience. I love this job and I would be happy to work as an elementary teacher in many years to come. I see myself as a good role model for many children in my classes. That would be nice and would make me satisfied in five years."

Hi,
I have some doubts on the red part. I don't know if it needs an apostrophe or not.

in five years time
in five year's time
in five years' time

These are confusing to me. Which is correct and which is wrong?

Where do you see yourself in five years' time?

to be proud [STRIKE]on[/STRIKE] of the work I do every day.

I would be happy to work as an elementary teacher [STRIKE]in[/STRIKE] for many years to come.
See above corrections.

would make me satisfied in five years."
That doesn't make sense.

It's simpler to just say "in five years." It means the same thing.
