Should public transportation be free of cost? State your position with examples. (Persuasive essay for practice.)

Many developing countries have public transportation as a prime mean of reaching on time at their destination places for job everyday. These are not only overcrowded, but also sometimes unhygeinic and unsafe. In most countries, public transport is paid, but, cost is cheaper than private and personal vehicles. I believe public transit should not be free because It will not only burden the economy but also increase accidents.

Firstly, free public transits attract the crowd. In many developing countries, public transportations are already overcrowded; if transportations are provided at free of cost, certainly more people will use them. Free transport will not only increase the rush, but also accidents. Moreover, due to excessive crowd children will suffer the consequences of congestion and suffocation.

Furthermore, free public transits burden the economy. The government has to arrange more public vahicles and their conductors' and drivers' salaries. Consequently, those vehicles need stations and services centers which cost much money. So, People should pay for transport service.

Lastly, free public transportation offers more chances to invite and spread contagious diseases. Most public places in developing countries have hygiene issues which are the main cause of diseases. Therefore, government will responsible for free transportation
and diseases as well; later, which need more money to fight with those diseases.

In conclusion, free public transit will enhance people's problems and diseases rather than save their money. Transportation expenditures will burden the economy. Moreover, children will suffer from consequences of overcrowd. So, free transportation might give more negative results than positive.

Should public transportation be free (of charge)? [STRIKE]cost?[/STRIKE] State your position with examples. (Persuasive essay for practice.)

Many developing countries have public transportation as a prime mean of reaching on time at their destination places for job everyday.
Do you honestly think the above is a good introductory sentence to grab the reader's attention? Please rewrite it in a simple, direct and concise manner.

These are not only overcrowded, but also sometimes unhygeinic and unsafe.
That is off topic.

In most countries, public transport is not free [STRIKE]paid,[/STRIKE] but affordable or even [STRIKE], cost is[/STRIKE] cheap. [STRIKE]er than private and personal vehicles.[/STRIKE] I believe public transport [STRIKE]transit[/STRIKE] should not be free because [STRIKE]It[/STRIKE] that will not only burden the economy but also increase accidents.

Firstly, free public [STRIKE]transits[/STRIKE] transport attracts the masses. [STRIKE]crowd.[/STRIKE] In many developing countries, public transportation is [STRIKE]s are[/STRIKE] already overcrowded; so if [STRIKE]transportations are[/STRIKE] it is provided [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] free of charge, [STRIKE]cost,[/STRIKE] certainly more people will use it, and that will add to the problem of overcrowding. [STRIKE]them.[/STRIKE] Free transport will not only exacerbate traffic congestion, [STRIKE]increase the rush,[/STRIKE] but also lead to more accidents. [STRIKE]Moreover, due to excessive crowd children will suffer the consequences of congestion and suffocation.[/STRIKE]

Furthermore, free public [STRIKE]transits[/STRIKE] transport burdens the economy. The government has to [STRIKE]arrange more[/STRIKE] provide the public vehicles and pay the salaries of their [STRIKE]conductors' and[/STRIKE] drivers. [STRIKE]' salaries.[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Consequently,[/STRIKE] Also, those vehicles need [STRIKE]stations[/STRIKE] depots and service centers which cost much money too. [STRIKE]So,[/STRIKE] This is yet another reason why people should pay for transport. [STRIKE]service.[/STRIKE]

Lastly, free public transportation offers more chances to invite and spread contagious diseases. Most public places in developing countries have hygiene issues which are the main cause of diseases. Therefore, government will responsible for free transportation
and diseases as well; later, which need more money to fight with those diseases.
[That's off topic and not a good argument. The point under discussion is whether to make public transport free or not. Even paid mass transport could expose people to contagious diseases!]

In conclusion, free public [STRIKE]transit[/STRIKE] transport will compound [STRIKE]enhance[/STRIKE] ["enhance" has a positive connotation.] [STRIKE]people's[/STRIKE] traffic problems and burden the economy. [STRIKE]diseases rather than save their money. Transportation expenditures will burden the economy. Moreover, children will suffer from consequences of overcrowd. So,[/STRIKE] Therefore, free transportation [STRIKE]might give more[/STRIKE] has more negative effects than benefits. [STRIKE]results than positive.[/STRIKE]

Edited introduction:
Public transportation is the backbone of many developing countries. In those countries, most people travel by public buses and trains everyday. These transportations are not only convenient but also affordable for them. I believe public transportation should not be free because this will not only burden the economy but increase accidents.

Lastly, public transport has already available for everyone at reasonable price. Those, who cannot afford personal or other private vehicle due to their expensive cost, using public transport. Free transportation will not affect people much but increase government expenditures, which indirectly impact the taxes.

This is a much better effort. Note that "transport" and "transportation" are not countable.
Your introduction is still missing the statement of issue.

This is not only convenient, but also affordable due to the low price and frequent availability. Therefore, public transportation already reached under the capacity of almost every human being.

No. The statement of issue is a sentence that introduces to the reader the issue/problem/point being discussed. What is the issue being discussed in this essay?

Note my corrections above. "... reached under the capacity of" is incorrect. I would disagree with the general statement though. You are assuming that public transport (note that this is much more natural than "public transportation") is available to almost every human being. That is simply not the case.

What is the issue being discussed in this essay?
Whether to make public transport free.

The statement of issue is a sentence that introduces to the reader the issue/problem/point being discussed.
However, some argue that public transport should be free.
