I would be very glad if you could help me with this tree diagramm: where does the PP has to be attached? At phrase-level or bar-level?

I don't know, but I do know that the last line is wrong.
 
Here's a tree of your clause. As you can see, the PP is a dependent in the embedded subordinate clause.
