Hello, could you please correct any mistakes in this review?
XXX is the worst delivery company. I've had two unfortunate experiences with this courier. The first one, my item was never delivered to my flat, even though their tracking website claimed it was. After multiple calls, they acknowledged that my item had been lost. I had to go through the tedious process of requesting a refund. I ordered an item a week ago, and I was displeased when I found out that the seller had chosen XXX as the courier. Again, the parcel was not delivered, and now I'm waiting for a solution. Avoid this poor excuse for a delivery company at all costs.
