Are the following two sentences natural?

1) My birthday is coming soon.
2) My birthday is coming up.

If next next week is my birthday.

Is that a typo or do you think that "next next week" is "the week after next"?

I wanted to express the idea "the week after next".

I have another question, emsr2d2. Is it also natural to say:

My birthday is coming up soon.

Most native speakers would say "It's my birthday soon" or "It's my birthday the week after next".
