Does "bad loser" mean "a loser who resents losing, showing anger or bad emotions"?

33)Having a strong will to win is not a bad thing. It can lead you to success, to great achievements. The problem comes when you want to win so badly all the time that you cannot accept losing. Being a bad loser ruins perfectly good relationships. Being a bad loser gives rise to a whole lot of negative emotions like bitterness and anger. Wanting to keep winning all the time makes you lose sight of what you have already won, what you have already achieved. What you already have proves insufficient and you keep wanting more. Hello, keannu.:)

The part in bold describes what a 'bad loser' is like:

1. A bad loser is one who wants to win so badly all the time that he/she cannot accept losing.
2. A bad loser is one who ruins perfectly good relationships.
3. A bad loser is one who gives rise to a whole lot of negative emotions like bitterness and anger.

So, the adjective 'bad' is used in the sense that you probably already know.

A "sore loser" is the usual phrase.
