Pumped would be more appropriate, I think. It's difficult to talk about appropriateness, though, because whatever you're trying to say is most likely going to be very offensive, unless that's what you're looking for.

How is it nonsensical? Botox is a neurotoxin that stops nerve signals from making muscles contract, which is used to make wrinkles less prominent. It's common to have your whole face treated with botox injections, not just the lips. While it subjectively makes your face look prettier, overdoing it makes it look gross and unnatural, even triggering an uncanny valley type of response. I think it makes sense to try and find an expression that would communicate that a person's done too much botox and they now look like a freak. Maybe I'm missing something.
