In every August, in the town - Bunol of Spain, Europe, a festival is held.
In crowded streets, everybody throws tomatoes with no costumes - swimsuits & T-shirts.
And People spray hot water at each other messily.
Before the festival, people eat tomatoes for breakfast.
The start time of the festival is 10am.

Please let me know wrong parts.

Try:

Every August a festival is held in the town of Bunol, Spain.*

And:

In crowded streets, the people throw tomatoes at each other.

Are you sure they spray hot water on each other?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*There is at least one other way to say that.

At La Tomatina those people go crazy!
:)

I saw some pictures. Everybody was in casual clothes. And tomatoes were everywhere!

That festival is held on the last Wednesday of August every year.

Do you want to go?

(Another famous tourist attraction in Spain is The Running of the Bulls, held in Pamplona every year.)

I was just trying to put together the words in the middle right picture.
I don't know how to say it.

I couldn't see the picture very well, but I doubt it's hot water. Maybe room temperature. Perhaps:

They have fun spraying each other with water.

I'm sure you don't don't have to mention that things get messy, but of course you should feel free to do so.

In all honesty, the whole thing is a mess. It doesn't flow logically as far as time is concerned. You go from talking about the location to the festival to what happens, then back to what they eat beforehand and then what time it starts!

Start again. Start with the time and the location, then with what the participants do before it starts and then what happens during it.

Good point Ems! He put the start time at the end.
:)
