Hello,

Could anyone check my corrections please?

He was late for/to school. (Once I heard a native speaker say 'for school')

I whispered it ​

to

/in her ear.(Maybe both are possible?)

His shoes were too big ​

to

/for him.(And here too)

Do the last two sentences sound natural?

May I use your phone?

May I make a phone call?

My corrections are not visible. I have chosen 'to' in the first sentence, 'in' in the second sentence and 'for' in the third sentence.

His shoes were too big for him.

As for the naturalness of the last two sentences, I'll leave that to native speakers. I'm sure, though that the second one is fine.
