Which one is more common in standard English?

1. A good horror movie is adrenaline pinching!
2.
A good horror movie is adrenaline going!

Neither. Possibly "provoking", but that would not be natural.

What about:
There's nothing like a good horror film to get the adrenaline going.

That works, but the following are more common:

'There's nothing like a good horror film to get the adrenaline flowing.'

'There's nothing like a good horror film to give you an adrenaline rush.'

Or "pumping."
