A letter to ask a question to "Let's Talk in English" on 7/24

Could you please kindly help me to correct the following letter?

Subject: Something wrong in "Let's Talk in English" on 7/24?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing here to ask a question.

In Let's Talk in English on July 24, I saw the following text:

It would be great if I can see you again.

I am afraid it is not grammatically right.

I would think the text should be It would be great if I could see you again.

Is there something wrong with this text? What do you think?
