In my English book there is a survey with a questions and thee answers.
How much sugar is there in your tea or coffee? None, little or a lot?
Instead of little I would say a little. What do you think?
How many veggies are there in your diet?
None, a few, a lot. These sound good to me.
Can you confirm? Which is better a little or little?

The correct way is 'a little'. If the book says only 'little', without 'a', it is wrong.

Please give us the title and author of your book. You're lucky to have gotten an answer without providing that first.

It Is a book for Italian adults learning English.

Now that I have the page in front of me I realized that there are four options to each question in the survey: how much sugar is there in your tea/coffee?
The answers are: there isn't any /little/some/a lot
Maybe it makes sense.

In my English book, there is a survey an exercise with a questions question and three answers.
Note my corrections above.

Instead of "little" I would say "a little". What do you think?
As a one-word response, "Little" would be quite unusual. However, in a full sentence, it is possible. "There is little sugar in my coffee" is another way of saying "There isn't very much sugar in my coffee".
How many veggies are there in your diet?
None, a few, a lot.

These sound good to me. Can you confirm?
The three responses given are all possible.
Which is better - "a little" or "little"?
I'm not sure why you asked your final question there because "little" and "a little" aren't options for that question.

Put book titles in italics or inside quotation marks. There's no need to put them in bold.

The answers are:
1. There isn't any.
2. L
ittle.
3. S
ome.
4. A
lot.
Note my changes above. All four responses are possible.
Maybe it makes sense.
It doesn't make sense if you're supposed to choose just one correct option!

Thanks you so much for answering. Anyway I called it a survey because it is an exercise in a form of a survey. There are different questions the students have to answer choosing one option. When they have finished they understand if they have a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks a lot for taking your time to correct my post. I appreciated it.

Thank you so much for answering. Anyway, I called it a survey because it is an exercise in the form of a survey (it is called like that in the book). There are different questions that the students have to answer by choosing one option. When they have finished, they understand whether they have a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to correct my post. It was very kind of you. I really appreciate it.

Thanks you.
You can say "Thanks" or "Thank you" but not "Thanks you". Whichever one you choose needs to have a closing punctuation mark.

This is almost identical to the previous paragraph. Did you forget to delete the original paragraph after you rewrote it?
Thanks a lot for taking the time to correct my post. It was very kind of you. I really appreciate it.
