"Over the last decade digital and eBooks have put a lot of traditional booksellers and publishers out of business. It's because a lot of us have turned to digital and eBooks."

I couldn't come up with anything better. Does 'turn to' mean to start using or liking?
Is there any other words I can use here to make the sentence sound more natural?

It's correct and natural as is.

You've used turn to in an ideal way. I couldn't think of a better example. Well done.

I look it up but couldn't find a definition that fits my context. Could you please tell me the meaning of this phrase to help me use it correctly in the future?

How about switched to?

I don't follow. I thought you said you wrote that sentence yourself. If you did, you obviously understand the meaning and know how to use the verb. I told you in post #3 that your context was ideal.

I don't understand why you want to say that in a different way.

When you say people have turned to digital and ebooks that means they are using those instead of the other kind.
