A single drink is cooled below its freezing point and checked whether the solidification of the liquid proceeds when the impact is applied on it.


'Drink' and 'liquid' means the same thing on the above sentence. Then do I have to use 'the liquid' instead of 'a liquid' as it has been mentioned once before?

And is it better to delete 'on it' at the end of the sentence?
 
A liquid is only a drink if it's intended for human consumption.

If you want to use the passive voice, here's a shorter version that says the same thing: A single drink is cooled below its freezing point and checked for solidification after an impact is applied.
 
Remove :

the (the first one)
of the liquid
on it


I can't tell from this whether the final the can be removed. I'd need more context to see why you've made reference to the impact.

Alternatively, you could rewrite the sentence, as GoesStation suggests.
 
Try:

A single bottle of liquid is cooked below its freezing point, and then pop (!) it becomes a solid.
