hi. im a designer and executor of interior. i want to have a business card. after writing the name of my gallery i want to write; interior designing and execution. is that right?

No, you don't want the word execution, particularly in Iran. It means killer.

Interior Design & Decoration

... this might be preferable.

Actually, 'design' is more than 'decoration' so putting the word 'decoration' is superfluous.
Other words for 'execution' are implementation or construction, which is to make a design into reality.

not a teacher

Design is the planning stage -- drawings, colour swatches, floor plans -- while decoration is the actual placement of objects in the rooms.

The placement of objects in a room be they furniture, fittings, pictures or objects of decoration is considered planning and planning is part of design. So is the decoration part which is to make a place look attractive or aesthetically pleasing. Anyway, people in the line prefer to be called designers rather than decorators.
OK, I happen to be in a similar line of work. :-D

Commercially-motivated English does indeed tend to pick favourites. However, actually installing materials and furnishings is not part of the planning process, but post-planning. Unless one is bad at planning.

So what about design and installation?

That sounds good too in my view.

There is another designation being used for an interior designer - interior architect.

In a conventional arrangement, a interior designer is engaged by a client to be the consultant for a project. He comes up with the conceptual sketches for an interior. When the design is accepted by a client, he proceeds do draw up the blueprints for construction. Based on the blueprints and specifications, the job is tendered out. The job is awarded to a builder with the most competitive bid. The builder carries out the construction work under the supervision of the interior designer. This arrangement is preferred as the designer and builder are different parties which allows effective supervision and control on the quality of work.

There is the other arrangement where the interior designer offers a 'design-and-build' package' where the designing, consultancy, supervision and construction is done by the same company for a lump sum. This is what TS is providing - designing and execution of a design. Execution does not sound good of course. You don't normally say you 'install interior works'. The physical work carried out is construction. Installation is applied to parts and components such as cabinets, built-in furniture, fittings, finishes, electrical installations etc. You don't normally say you install the structure, the walls and floors. You build them.
