A xmas tree vs An xmas tree.
The word 'Xmas' begins with consonant sound – i.e. 'Christmas' – therefore the article 'a' may be used.

Please explain which one is correct.
If you say 'a Christmas card', 'a' must be used.

If you say Xmas as Eks-mas, use 'an'.

"A Xmas tree" vs "An Xmas tree".

The word 'Xmas' begins with a consonant sound i.e. 'Christmas' [STRIKE]therefore[/STRIKE] so the article 'a' may be used. Are you telling us this or asking us?

Please explain which one is correct.

"Xmas" isn't exactly a word - it's a non-standard (but common) truncated version of the word "Christmas". We don't say "ex-mas" when we see it. We say "Christmas", so only the article "a" is possible before it.

Please note my corrections above.
