Before we continue, please correct the very basic spelling error near the end of the second sentence in both 1) and 2). You also need to make the second sentence in both 1) and 2) a complete sentence. Except in imperatives, we don't start sentences with a verb.

Listed/added works better for me. If the address was supposed to be added and was not, then has not been added in #2 would work. Emsr2d2's point about basic errors stands- sort the spelling and the subject out.

I always thought that "I hasn't been done" and "It is not done" were interchange able. Is it totally incorrect?

I always thought that "It hasn't been done" and "It is not done" were interchangeable. Is it totally incorrect?

Where on earth did you get that idea?

Like my friend's number is not added in my phone. Is it incorrect? Do I need to use "hasn't been added"?

Yes, I would say it hasn't been added. Except I wouldn't say that. I would just say it isn't there (because I didn't put it there).

Okay, so we can't say "Your work is not done yet". We need to say "Your work hasn't been done yet".

I have done it.
No, you haven't. You corrected the spelling error but the second sentence in both example still starts with a verb instead of the subject. That's the correction we're waiting for.

You're not listening to us, are you? You can't use "is not added" in that context. You can say:

ABC's address is not on the insurance list in our software.
ABC's address has not been added to the insurance list in our software.

Does "is added" refers to a day to day chore? Is it the passive for present simple? This is what I am confused about.
