[Grammar] about exactly

2. I have done my work exactly in 10 minutes.
3. I did my work exactly in 10 minutes.
4. I spent exactly thirty minutes doing my work.

• Are all sentences correct?
• and is the place of ''exactly'' correct as well?

• I just want to tell exact time,

and if I would tell ''my work was exactly done in 10 minutes'' it means ''my work was almost done in 10 minutes''

• Am I right?

If you say "My work was exactly done..." it means that you did your work precisely, accurately. If you say "My work was done in exactly X time", it means that you completed your work in precisely that time, no more, no less.
