1. They can sometimes be seen feeding on vegetation overhanging the water.

2. They can sometimes be seen to feed on vegetation overhanging the water.


Which is correct?

Use "can be seen" ("they can sometimes be seen").

Then, can I say either 'She was seen to dance' or 'She was seen dancing'?

or..

'He was heard to sing' and 'He was heard singing' are both correct?
